Talih Hamdan

Talih Najib Hamdan (Arabic: طليع نجيب حمدان)
(19 January, 1944 –). Also known as Abu Shadi, Talih Hamdan was born in Ain Anoub, in Mount Lebanon. He began his career in 1963, his first concert with the great poet “Abu Ali” Zein Sheib. In 1964 he joined the Zaghloul al-Damour Troupe (جوقة زغلول الدامور) with which he worked until 1975 when he founded his own troupe – The al-Rabih Troupe (Spring Choir) (جوقة الربيع).
